Campbell's hurdle time stands out. Using the 1985 score book, he gained 106 points on the next best hurdle time. Prompts a question.....what is the biggest point difference in a top level decathlon for a single event, between the top mark and the next best mark?

Torbjörn Lassenius has made one more decathlon in 1960 and two decathlons in 1961, too.
