Tomaš Dvorak will not compete at Reval Hotels Cup because of a influenza.

Tomaš Dvorak who was supposed to start his indoor season last Sunday, has caught a bad cold. Due to the sickness, he was not able to attend the competition held in his home country.

According to Dvorak’s manager Libor Varhanik, it’s most unlikely, that the athlete will be able to compete in Tallinn.

After Dvorak’s withdrawal from the competition, the young Tunisian Hamdi Dhoubi will step in his place. For Dhoubi, who celebrated his 24th birthday on 24 January, this will be his second heptathlon. In spite of this, he is a serious rival being 11th in the tight competition at the World Championships in Helsinki last year and improving his PB in decathlon up to 8023 points.
