Turnov, Czech Republic - The 7th edition of Ludvik Danek Memorial was higlighted on a sunny Tuesday afternoon (24 May) by an excellent display from current World and Olympic Discus Throw champion Virgilijus Alekna from Lithuania. In his third meet of the year he went over 67 metres three times.

Roman Sebrle, the Decathlon World record holder had his last test before the Gotzis Combined Event this weekend, and was satisfied with a 48.17m Discus Throw result.
