Is Ayden Owens going to break the 400m world record? (0)

Until the beginning of this year Ashton Eaton had the best 400 hurdles ever for a decathlete over 8000 points - 48.69 sec. Ashton Eatons training in 2014 for (only 400 H) was certainly in favour of his 45.00 a year later.

But Owens already did 45.07 last year and did this year the best 400 Hurdles for an 8000 + and even 7000 + decathlete. Better than Eaton : 48.26  Baton Rouge 13 05 2023.

If this 400 hurdles training favours Ayden Owens, then can we  expect him to run a 400 under 45.00?

This table shows athletes that participated in a decathlon over 7000 points. Their best 400 hurdles ever and the year as well as in column 4 their best decathlon ever.
