Keisuke Ushiro set a new Decathlon record of Japan (1)

Keisuke UshiroKAWASAKI, Japan - Keisuke Ushiro scored 8073 points at the National Championships.

Although he scored total of 8076, score was wind assist - long jump 6.97cm (wind +7,3m/s). Second attempt of long jump followed the wind rule (6.96cm, wind +0,9) and total score of 8073 was equal with new Decathlon record of Japan. Previous record belonged to Munehiro Kaneko with 7995 points.
