Schrader apparently injured and maybe won't be able to compete in Berlin - that's a huge setback for the German team just found that here http://www.ftd.de/sport/sportmix/leichtathletikips-statt-Medaille-Für-Schrader-platzt-WM-Traum/540320.html - but nothing yet from the Zehnkampfteam / DLV... Just hope he gets better soon, maybe it's not that bad after all! |

That's bad news I've an article here (Gips statt Medaille): http://www.berlinonline.de/berliner-zeitung/sport/... It mentions that he maybe should have skipped the whole season after his injury in winter. |

Arthur Abele testete Der Sindelfinger Zehnkämpfer Arthur Abele testete am Wochenende in Rechberghausen auf dem Weg zu seinem Mehrkampf-Comeback seine Form. Im Kugelstoßen kam er auf 13,51 Meter. Im Speerwerfen musste er sich mit 63,05 Metern nur dem Routinier Peter Esenwein (LAZ Salamander Kornwestheim/Ludwigsburg; 70,61 m) geschlagen geben. |

Bad news again for Abele: http://www.leichtathletik.de/index.php/?NavID=1&Si... Surgery, than at least four weeks without training. Maybe he will be back at the German champs at the end of august |
