Women’s multis are combined track and field competitions, most commonly the heptathlon (7 events) outdoors, and less frequently the decathlon (10 events) or pentathlon (5 events, typically indoors). Athletes earn points in each discipline across sprints, jumps, throws, and middle-distance running, with the highest total score determining the winner.
