the scoring of the 1500m performences represents a compromise between statistical equivalence and the general standing of the 1500 m in the multi-event competition.
This justifies a special scoring system whereby the times achieved by multi-event athletes are scored higher than would be warranted under the established requirements of the NBL-method.
The points for the 1500m can also be found in the framwotk data plans at :
http://www.leichtathletikimwandelmitnbl-site.de
under II/1.D7.2
If the well-know errors in the IAAF-ranking system were eliminaded,a ranking based on the NBL-method among the top 10 athletes on the all-time world ranking would result in 7 changes in placement.
Furthemore K.Mayer would no longer be the world record holdr, instead, A.Eaton would hold the titl.

of cours , in a scoring table for the all-around competition , the performance point equivalencies must be correct even at the lower performance levels.
What do you think of the equivalencies using my NBL method for 100 points :
21,96 s / 1,24 m / 2,08 m /0,41 m / 110,4 s / 31,71 s / 4,55 m / 0,63 m / 5,70 m / 689,2 s
