The women’s outdoor heptathlon is a combined events athletics discipline in which athletes compete across seven track and field events over two days.

Heptathlon tests speed, strength, endurance, and technical ability through 100 metres hurdles, high jump, shot put, 200 metres, long jump, javelin throw, and 800 metres.

on the "progression of heptathlon world best" file, a heptathlon world best is missing on the javelin throw:

So that record was broken a few weeks before Barbora Spotakova established in Talence the one that is still currently standing.
