Damian Warner ran a huge Personal Best in the 400m at the Sam Adams meet in Santa Barbara.

He competed in three events on day one of the decathlon, jumping 7.52 in long jump, throwing shot 14.39, and winning the 400m in 46.64! That beats his previous best of 47.04 by almost half a second.
