Topic: ACL injury

Hi, I am a decathlete and recently tore my ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) throwing the javelin in practice. I am scheduled for surgery in two days. I was hoping for some insight as to what to expect with rehab and recovery and for others to share their experience with ACL injuries.
