How to find a decathlon event

I am a guy approaching 50 very soon. I am wondering if there are events for a man to enter who hasn't run a decathlon in some years, but is in good shape. I am having trouble finding "open" events (or even events that have a decathlon) Any help or advice would be appreciated.
