Brian Oldfield the men who should have done decathlon(video inside)

Brian Oldfield is 22.75m WR shot putter in 1975; He had outstanding performances 1.98m in HJ , 10.5s 100m , 62m discus, 64m javelin.

This is the kind of decathlete i'd like to see more often.2metres for 110 kg.


I let you apreciate his hability in this video where he dunk with a 7.260kg shot put, run a 60m and throw shot put at more than 22m.

yeah steroids work! i agree 100%

i am not impressed with the athletes of old the testing programs were not the same so who knows what they were on

This movie is very interesting. Of course, steroids ! But the shot put technic is very very instructive. I saw this man in Nice (France) in the seventeen's. He is the most impressive athlete I never seen. But steroids, I agree...

Great spin technique. Do any top decathletes take one safe throw with the glide then two spins in the shot?
