I am in South-Africa Potchefstroom at the moment, we are planning to put up Decathlon Training Camp(s) for next training season - Getting ready for Daegu 2011 !

Mid-November --> X-mas and/or after Indoors about 4-6 weeks ......................... what do you think of it Dear Deacthlon friends ?


We will spice it up with special features, own meal plans, extra training facilities and of course good training on our own but also in a group (volume rich intervals, technique sessions etc.) etc. = something what we really need for the best decathlon scores ! Helping each other as we do at the track
