The mains Ultra Multievents are the Icosathlon for men and the Tetradecathlon for women. Actually, women do the Icosathlon too.

Ilya Shkurenyov won European Indoor gold in 2015, earned multiple European Championships medals, placed 4th twice at World Championships. Winner of the 2015 IAAF Combined Events Challenge.
Indrek Kaseorg
Indrek Kaseorg is the four-time Estonian decathlon champion in 1991, 1993, 2001 and 2003. His personal best in the decathlon is 8179 points, achieved in 1998.
