Lindon Victor wins NCAA Decathlon title with 8379 pts (0)

Lindon Victor (Texas) won the Decathlon with 8379 points at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Oregon.

Wisconsin's Zach Ziemek was runner-up, finished competition at 8300 points. Ziemek's score of 8300 points was the best Decathlon score at the NCAA meet by a second-place finisher.

Three others also broke the 8000-point barrier —
Georgia’s Maicel Uibo at 8294,
Arizona’s Pau Tonnesen at 8103 and
Stanford’s Harrison Williams at 8032 points.
