Women’s multis are combined track & field competitions - most often the heptathlon (7 events) outdoors, and less commonly the decathlon (10 events) or pentathlon (5 events, typically indoors) - where athletes earn points in each discipline across sprints, jumps, throws, and middle-distance runs, with the highest total score determining the winner.
