Less than three weeks to wait...
On the meeting homepage is one article available that contents several names, but no complete entry list so far:
http://www.meeting-goetzis.at/fileadmin/chroot/mee...
Unfortunately no US decathletes this year (not enough time between the meeting and the Olympic Trials).
Knobel und Freimuth from Germany, Behrenbruch (with Erki Nool as coach) not listed, also not on leichtathletik.de

Any news about Russians, Cubans, French?

As Janek mentioned above: Live coverage on ORF Sport Plus (Austrian television), unfortunately available only in Austria or near the border.

I've read in leichathletik.de-Forum that they try to make a live stream available at least in Germany.
May be you manage it otherwise...

Surprised to see the Cubans - don't the compete at NACAC champs?
No Russians - does anyone have info about Drozdov, Kharlamov, Logvinenko, Sysoyev? The others were in Adler two weeks ago.

At least the weather forecast is getting more stable and it does not look too bad:
http://wetter.vol.at/vorarlberg/goetzis

And this news from the Hypomeeting facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/Hypomeeting)

Good news to all our fans out there: we will have a live stream for the whole weekend. Just have a look at our website to find the link. It will be online Saturday.

@Legna: don't know exactly, just found it here http://www.schwaebische.de/region/bodensee/lindau/...

Nothing about doping - maybe similar to the Russians, who (have to) compete at the trials?

Part of the German article (translated by Google):

This means that with the U.S. which is currently missing by far the best decathlon team in multi-fight in Mecca Möslestadion. For each of the U.S. trio - Last year's winner and world champion Trey Hardee, Olympic gold medalist Bryan Clay and world indoor champion and world record holder Ashton Eaton - is good for gold in London. A similar situation arises for the Russian decathlon team, one week after the 38th Götzner meeting, which will take place on Pentecost weekend, their "Trials" performs. And from the (background) because of the five rings, the top stars of Ukrainian Hanna Melnychenko and Oleksiy Kasyanov, according to Walter Weber have received from their association grounding of Götzis.

Named it grounding instead of suspending...

Coertzen sprained his ankle - not bad but he's skipping.

Russians have national combined events championships next weekend, that's why only Chernova is in Götzis. As a world champion she is already in the team for the Europeans and Oly.Games.

has anyone found another stream than the ORF one (only works with an Austrian IP on the internet I think..).
Really wish I was in Götzis (weather and everything looks fantastic), but just too far away from London...

It is possible to bypass the austrian ip problem using a vpn client.
I tested the superbvpn with the vpn austrian server.
A 7 days subscription cost likely 2 €.
I'm using the ipad and he works fine.
It works also with windows and mac with the same account
After the payment you haves to wait 20 minutes to have the activation instructions.
Using the austrian VPN you haves a austrian ip.

It's an Olympic year, many top stars therefore could no start in order to concentrate om their national qualification.
Still amaizing results on the 1st day.
Hans van Alpghn: wow - did anybody pick him to lead the 1st day? Amaizing how much he has improved this year at age 30! 3 pb today.
He and Pascal Behrenbruch who has a solid 1st day are on track for 8400.
Eelco Sintnicolas had a bad long jump, but overall has done pretty well so far. I expect him to finish 3rd at about 8300.
Still do not trust Michael Schraders success. He's on track to 8250 - if only his Busemann like talented body could sustain the rigors of decathlon (incl. training).
Cubans and Krauchanka just seem to be a shadow of their own anymore.
They did very well in their young 20ies and now it appears that at the mid 20ies (best decathlon age) they are already beyond their peak?
