I saw that karpov scored more than 8000 pts in kladno, and i was wondering which other decathletes scored more than 8000pts with more than 100kg weight which is very impressive considering that running and jumping events are not that easy with a big body. I believe michael smith was above 100kg too. Do you know other decathletes in this case? IP: 95.176.... |

Consider reading my book "Strength & Speed"; there is a decathlon sections and other sections that deal with this as well. More info on http://www.strengthospeedia.org IP: 24.4.18... |

In my memory, Jürgen Hingsen was 102kg weight at his best ! And, in the sixties, Russ Hodge too. At the opposite of Karpov, this two decathletes could run 1500m in 4'12 or near IP: 86.65.1... |
