In germany there are attemps in 1500m/800m run the Gundersen-method to
introduce.
It should have won for everybody obvisinsly him the multiple event, which is as first in the aim.
The point distances after the javeling throw should be converted for it into time
intervals.
In addition I would like to ascertain :
1. the point table of the IAAF is a progressive table.
Therefore, one cannot convert a point distance after javeling throw in
difference for all run achivements.
2. the organizational expiry of the 1500m-run would become absolutely blind

Only 2 problems :
- what is if a runner makes a false start ?
- who keeps track if one runs in the aim, which must run besides, however
, one more round ?

Please Your opionion in addition.

I have thought of the same:
- The runners will be sent to run with slalom-style light gates, which would be on tracks 1-8
- Runners are set on the gates in queues: leader after 9. event starts at track 1, the 2nd at track 2 and so on -> the 9th position athlete starts again on track 1 queuing after the leader.
- The gate opening sequence is timed according to the 1500m run time differences after points after 9 events
- The gates signal green light and open at the exact time differences in relation to the leader (if the runner runs through his gate in "false start", the time difference is added to the actual finish time
- All are sent to run in one group

Your proposal sounds rather difficult.
Moreover, remains the problem that one cannot convert a point distance after
javeling throwing into a time intervall more than 1500 m.
4.20,00 - 4.30,00 = 67 points
4:50,00 - 5:00,00 = 59 points
